WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
The warranty does not cover the following:
1. Deterioration or failure due to prolonged use, wear, or aging.
2. Damage caused by deliberate or negligent actions, such as misuse, dropping, throwing, or other forms of abuse.
3. Unreasonable or excessive use, including commercial use.
4. Electrical damage resulting from power surges, lightning, or other external sources, including exposure to fluids, moisture, or chemicals.
5. Alterations to or tampering with the controller, including unauthorized attempts to open, dismantle, customize, modify, or self-repair the HEX controller.
SHIPPING COST TERMS
HexGaming covers the shipping costs to and from our facility for warranty coverage claims made within 6 months of the HEX controller the date you received. You will get a pre-paid shipping label to arrange the shipment so you don't need to pay any return delivery charges within 6 months. After 6 months, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranty claims.
Defective products will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. For all repairs or replacements performed by HexGaming, the 6-month warranty coverage period is 6 months from the date received. When the HEX Controller is returned for repair for the second and subsequent times, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
HOW TO REPAIR YOUR HEX CONTROLLER WARRANTY NOT COVERED?
If your HEX controller needs repair but warranty exclusion, please submit a ticket on the Contact Us page, and we will provide maintenance service according to the situation. Costs of shipping and repair of controllers not within the warranty coverage are at the customer's expense.

1. Product Protection Plan Service Explanation
We offer optional protections for products you purchase in our stores. This protection plan is provided through a collaboration between our stores and a third-party protection plan provider. Once you purchase the protection plan, your product will be covered by the protection plan for a specified period beyond the manufacturer’s warranty.

3. Protection Plan Cost
The cost of the protection plan varies depending on the product purchased and the coverage period. You will be able to view the cost during checkout.
4. Protection Plan Enrollment and Activation
You may enroll in the plan together with the purchase of our products. Once the protection plan is purchased, you will receive a confirmation email advising you of the details of the protection plan. The coverage will become effective on the day your product is shipped. The coverage period begins from the date you purchase the product.
5. Claims Process
If you experience an issue covered by the protection plan, you can contact the resolution center through the link in your confirmation email. Follow the instructions on the link, and Xcotton’s claims specialist will guide you through the process. Our store will provide assistance as needed.
6. Returns and Protection Plans
If you decide to return or exchange a product after purchasing the protection plan, please notify us promptly. The protection plan may be affected by the returns or exchanges, and specific conditions may apply. Please consult our customer service or click the link to customer support in your confirmation email for assistance.
7. Disclaimer
The product protection plan cover and services are provided by a third-party protection plan provider, and we act solely as an intermediary. We do not assume any responsibility for the quality or execution of the protection plan and services. Please read the protection plan’s terms and conditions carefully and confirm the scope of coverage. Xcotton holds full responsibility for this Protection Plan. HexGaming serves exclusively as an information intermediary and bears no liability for claims handling.

9. Cancellation
You may cancel this Plan for any reason at any time within forty-five (45) days of the date of the Plan purchase (as shown on the Purchase Confirmation). If you request cancellation within sixty (60) days of the date of the Plan purchase (as shown on the Purchase Confirmation), and no claim has been made under the Plan, you will receive a 100% refund of the Plan Price. For any other cancellation request, you will receive a pro rata refund (based on the lapsed Coverage Term) of the Plan Price, less the costs of claims under this Plan, and less an administrative fee not to exceed the cost of the Plan or $50, whichever is less.

By purchasing this service, you will receive additional coverage and can directly contact Xcotton in case of any issues. Below is a detailed explanation of the insurance policy:
1. Shipping Protection Service Coverage
Once you purchase the insurance, your products will be fully covered during the shipping process. Specific coverage includes, but is not limited to:
Lost Products: If your product is lost during shipping, you can file a claim in accordance with the insurance terms.
Damaged Products: If the product is damaged during shipping, the insurance will provide compensation.
Other Unforeseen Circumstances: If the product is damaged or lost due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, traffic accidents), the insurance will handle the claims based on specific terms.
2. How to Purchase Shipping Protection
At checkout, you can choose to purchase Shipping Protection. If you select this option, the service fee will be automatically added to your total order amount. Please note that the Shipping Protection service is order-based and will cover only the products purchased in the order.

After purchasing the Shipping Protection service, you will receive the coverage details and Xcotton’s contact details, including the Shipping Protection service number, claims guide, and the claims process.

4. Liability Statement
Responsibility for Purchasing Shipping Protection: Once you purchase the Shipping Protection service, any risks related to product damage or loss during shipping will be covered by Xcotton. We will assist you by providing necessary information, but the claims process will be handled solely by Xcotton.

6. Cancellation
If your order has not been shipped, please contact us to request a refund for the shipping protection. If your order has already been shipped, the shipping protection cannot be canceled.
