HOW LONG DOES THE WARRANTY LAST?

HEXGAMING provides a 6-month (180 days) warranty period following the date you purchased the hex controller against manufacturing defects for 180 days. Defective products within 6 months will get repaired or replaced at our discretion. You will get a pre-paid Shipping Label to arrange the shipment so you don't need to pay any return delivery charges within 180 days. The freight charge is at our expense.

For all repairs or replaces performed by HexGaming, the warranty period is the later of (i) 3 months (90 days) beginning the date Hex Controller was shipped back to you, or (ii) the original warranty period from the original purchase of the Hex Controller. When the Hex Controller is returned for repair for the second and subsequent times, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?

Your controller will be protected against any manufacturer defects from the date of a receipt up until the warranty end date. The HEXGAMING warranty provides the following:

Cosmetic Repairs.
Buttons Repairs.
Thumbstick Repairs.
Defects resulting from hardware alterations carried out by HEX controllers, with the exception of the original motherboard.

WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY NOT COVER?

This warranty does not apply to consumable parts, such as batteries, or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

Alteration of hex controller products will void the warranty, and will not be applicable if a defect has occurred due to:

Repairs, or alterations to the hex controller not authorized by us.
Evidence of tampering includes, but not limited to, an attempt by you or a third party to open, dismantle, customize, or change the hex controller or accessories.
The motherboard burned out due to a short circuit.
Drift problem.
Water damage.

HOW TO REPAIR YOUR HEX CONTROLLER OUT OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD?

If your hex controller needs repair and warranty has expired, don’t worry please contact us, we can provide maintenance service according to the situation. The customer is responsible for the cost of repair or replacement as well as shipping costs.
