WILL HEXGAMING PAY FOR RETURN / REPAIR ITEM SHIPPING COSTS?

HexGaming covers the shipping costs to and from our facility for warranty coverage claims made within 90 days of the hex controller the date you received. You will get a pre-paid Shipping Label to arrange the shipment so you don't need to pay any return delivery charges within 90 days. After 90 days, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranty claims. Check out the HexGaming warranty policy here.
