WILL HEXGAMING PAY FOR RETURN / REPAIR ITEM SHIPPING COSTS?
For 90 days in-warranty repairs, HEXGAMING will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to bring your controller to our facility. If you do not receive an email or any reply with your RMA confirmation in 5 business days, please create a support ticket and we’ll have one sent ASAP. HEXGAMING will also cover shipping costs associated with the return of in-warranty items.
If your item is not in warranty, you will be responsible for shipping costs to and from our facility.
