WHAT IS THE HEXGAMING RETURN POLICY?

Returning Undamaged or Non-Defective Items:

You have a 30-day trial period, from the day of delivery to apply a return request on the Contact Us page. If buyers decide to return non-defective items, buyers should be responsible for return shipping.

For the hex controllers purchased on Amazon or HEXGAMING's official website, we suggest and accept returns on HEXGAMING's official website. Unless the received controller is defective, all returned controllers will have a 15% restocking fee, including but not limited to personal reasons such as dislike. If there is any damage or excessive wear to the item, there will be an additional charge, based on the cost of repair or replacement. 

Returning Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items:

Damaged Items: 

If you have taken delivery of a package and the contents have been damaged in transit, please retain all packaging and contact our Customer Service on the Contact Us page immediately. You can return the item(s) to us within 7 working days of receipt for an exchange. You will get a pre-paid Shipping Label to arrange the shipment so you don't need to pay any return delivery charges. 

Faulty or Incorrect Goods:

You have the right to return any faulty or incorrect goods within 30 days. Please keep all accessories and warranty information that accompanied your item. We will quickly replace them with the correct items.
