REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
HEXGAMING provides a 30-day trial period to experience your hex controller. For the return request caused by non quality problems, the customer shall bore the returned shipping costs.
If you decide to return your controller, please create a support ticket on the Contact Us page within 30 days of receipt of the product. It must be sent back to our facility within 45 days from the date of receipt.
The standard configuration of hex controllers purchased on Amazon or HEXGAMING official website, we suggest and accept returns on HEXGAMING official website. Those controllers made to order for your specifications have a 15% restocking fee for return unless the item is found to be defective.
We accept returns for defective products, in the original storage bag with all accessories, manuals, and documentation that were included with the product. If there is any damage or excessive wear to the item, there will be an additional charge, based on the cost of repair or replacement. We will contact you for confirmation and the refund will be credit back to you within 5 business days, once we receive the returned products and determine that they satisfy return conditions.
Your controller that has been abused may not be returned under any circumstances. For all other products, if the item is returned in the original packaging, we will exchange it or provide you with a refund based on your original method of payment.
HEXGAMING provides a 3-month (90 days) warranty period following the date you purchased the hex controller against manufacturing defects for 90 days. Defective products within 3 months will get repaired or replaced at our discretion. You will get a pre-paid Shipping Label to arrange the shipment so you don't need to pay any return delivery charges within 90 days. The freight charge is at our expense.
This warranty does not apply to consumable parts, such as batteries, or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

Your controller will be protected against any manufacturer defects from the date of a receipt up until the warranty end date. The HEXGAMING warranty provides the following:
Other hardware modifications defects performed by hex controllers, except the original motherboard.
WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY NOT COVER?
Alteration of hex controller products will void the warranty, and will not be applicable if a defect has occurred due to:
Repairs, or alterations to the hex controller not authorized by us.
Evidence of tampering including, but not limited to, an attempt by you or a third party to open, dismantle, customize, or change the hex controller or accessories.

HOW TO REPAIR YOUR HEX CONTROLLER OUT OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD?
If your hex controller is in need of repair and is outside of the warranty period of 3-month or 6-month, don’t worry please contact us, we can provide maintenance service according to the situation. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
