Returning Undamaged or Non-Defective Items:

You have a 30-day trial period, from the day of delivery to apply a return request on the Contact Us page. You will get a pre-paid Shipping Label to arrange the shipment so you don't need to pay any return delivery charges. 

Hex controllers that are made to order, we accept returns for defective products only, in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that was included with the product. All hand-made to your specifications hex controllers, there is a 15% restocking fee for all products returned or orders canceled after the build process has begun, unless a returned item is defective, in which case the restocking fee may be waived. If there is any damage or excessive wear to the item, there will be an additional charge, based on the cost of repair or replacement. 

Returning Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items:

Damaged Items: 

If you have taken delivery of a package and the contents have been damaged in transit, please retain all packaging and contact our Customer Service on the Contact Us page immediately. You can return the item(s) to us within 7 working days of receipt for an exchange.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods:

You have the right to return any faulty or incorrect goods within 30 days. Please keep all accessories and warranty information that accompanied your item. We will quickly replace them with the correct items.
